National Shoe Specialties Limited is the largest distributor of its kind in Canada servicing a nationwide customer base. Our consistent growth can be attributed to a pleasant and knowledgeable sales force coupled with strong inside support from all our employees.  Our business relationships are built on a foundation of trust, respect, and a desire to partner in the success of our customers.

Our goal is to always remain accessible to our valued customers and provide a level of service that meets all expectations.  Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (EST). Company Background

National Shoe Specialties Limited began doing business in 1972 and was incorporated in 1974 with the purpose of supplying raw materials to the footwear trade. At that time, the extensive manufacturing and repair trades more than awarded substantial opportunity for continued growth into the early 1980's.

As imported shoes became more attractive in the marketplace, shoe manufacturing within Canada began to decline and our obvious opportunity for expansion was the retail sector.  Shoe fitting supplies and retail oriented products were added to our supply chain.  We have now diversified to service many aspects of the footwear industry including pedorthic supplies and orthopaedic sectors while continuing to transition into a provider of innovative solutions for our customers.
